OFFSET PRINTING PLATES
The printing plates are main tool in the printing industry. The plates will be having the designs printed, the plate helps to give the printing results in the paper with the help of machines. The plates are made by aluminium.
There are different types of plates they are
  PS plate.
  Vipon plate.
  CTP plate.

PS PLATE
The plate is used in all areas of printing industries. It is used as common thing in every printing industry. It can be reusable more than 25 times.
VIPON PLATE
The plate system is used in foreign countries and some presses in India. It can be used once, it’s like use and throw. The quality of the aluminium is low.
CTP PLATE
The plate is called computer to plate. The design will be printed with help of heating technology by the computer, it can be reusable like PS plate.

PRINTING INKS

Inks are main raw materials for the printing. It only gives the outcome of printing in the paper. In this industry the inks are of high quality which is provided by manufacturer directly to industry, the inks are from the local town. It is made chemicals solvents to give the bright colours and the original genuine effects. In this industry they are mostly using these four colours they are Yellow, Black, Red, and Blue. With this four colours they used print in the paper. If none of the colours came they will mix the colour one with another to get the colour or the will place the orders of that colour.

LAMINATION ROLLS

Lamination gums are used in the printing industry to give finish of the printing paper, it helps not tear easily and a splash proof for the paper. It gives the glossy look and shiner.

Types of lamination

MATT LAMINATION
This is a flat finish to your printed goods that gives it that “matt” effect. It is more commonly used for corporate printing – i.e. large professional businesses who are looking for a subtle but stylish finish to their print. Matt Laminate finish is good for Business Cards, Folders, Brochures and Menus as its very durable and stops cracking and marking, thus giving a longer lifespan to your print.
GLOSS LAMINATION
This is a glossy finish to your print, and can often make the print look more eye catching and stand out with this type of finish. It is typically used on A6 flyers, and is often favoured by those in the nightclub / events industry. The other main benefit for using Gloss Lam is that it helps prevent with the marking and cracking on the print, again giving a longer lifespan to your print.

 UV PRINTING
(UV) light to dry or cure ink, adhesives or coatings almost as soon as it’s hit the paper, or aluminium, foam board or acrylic – in fact, as long as it fits in the printer, the technique can be used to print on almost anything. It gives the knurling shapes which we can feel with our hands.
