The printing plates are
main tool in the printing industry. The plates will be having the designs
printed, the plate helps to give the printing results in the paper with the
help of machines. The plates are made by aluminium.

PLATE
The plate is used in all
areas of printing industries. It is used as common thing in every printing
industry. It can be reusable more than 25 times.
VIPON
PLATE
The plate system is used
in foreign countries and some presses in India. It can be used once, it’s like
use and throw. The quality of the aluminium is low.
CTP
PLATE
The plate is called
computer to plate. The design will be printed with help of heating technology
by the computer, it can be reusable like PS plate.
Inks are main raw
materials for the printing. It only gives the outcome of printing in the paper.
In this industry the inks are of high quality which is provided by manufacturer
directly to industry, the inks are from the local town. It is made chemicals solvents
to give the bright colours and the original genuine effects. In this industry
they are mostly using these four colours they are Yellow, Black, Red, and Blue.
With this four colours they used print in the paper. If none of the colours
came they will mix the colour one with another to get the colour or the will
place the orders of that colour.
LAMINATION ROLLS
Lamination gums are used
in the printing industry to give finish of the printing paper, it helps not
tear easily and a splash proof for the paper. It gives the glossy look and
shiner.
MATT
LAMINATION
This is a flat finish to your printed
goods that gives it that “matt” effect. It is more commonly used for corporate
printing – i.e. large professional businesses who are looking for a subtle but
stylish finish to their print. Matt Laminate finish is good for Business Cards,
Folders, Brochures and Menus as its very durable and stops cracking and
marking, thus giving a longer lifespan to your print.
GLOSS LAMINATION
This is a glossy finish to your print,
and can often make the print look more eye catching and stand out with this
type of finish. It is typically used on A6 flyers, and is often favoured by
those in the nightclub / events industry. The other main benefit for using
Gloss Lam is that it helps prevent with the marking and cracking on the print,
again giving a longer lifespan to your print.
(UV) light to dry or cure
ink, adhesives or coatings almost as soon as it’s hit the paper, or aluminium, foam board or
acrylic – in fact, as long as it fits in the printer, the technique can be used to print on almost anything. It gives the knurling shapes which
we can feel with our hands.
