PRODUCTION PROCESS IN
PRINTING INDUSTRY
The above production
process cycle is cycle which is followed in the printing industry.
DESIGNING
The designing the process
is the primary step in this productions. The designs are done by professional
designers for the bright colours and good finish. They used to design in these
types of software they are Coral Draw, Photoshop etc..
Approval is done by high
authorities of the industry, after that the process starts.
PLATE MAKING
The plate making is done
by the industry with help of design which will be printed in films or CTP
system, after completion of the plate making the plate goes to the printing
machines whereas they will fit the plate into the machine.
PRINTING
After the plate making
process done, they will attach plate to the machine after that it starts to
print the content which is given in the plate, the machine loads the paper and
it starts to print with the help of ink provided.
LAMINATION
After the process of
printing, the lamination process starts, it converts the paper to polycote,
which will not tear easily and it becomes splash proof.
CUTTING
The cutting process helps
in cutting the waste borders of the paper or board to give the finishing good.
PACKAGING
This is the final step of
the work, the goods were packed and sealed with papers and covers and after
that it will be dispatched to the respected places.
